Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Associate at Jio, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service while promoting Jio products and services.   • Acquiring New Customers: You will be responsible for bringing in new customers to Jio by explaining the benefits of Jio’s offerings and encouraging them to purchase or subscribe to Jio services.
  • Handling Customer Queries: You will handle calls from Jio customers, answering their queries and providing assistance with any concerns related to Jio’s products, services, or plans.
  • Explaining Jio Recharge Options: A critical part of your role will involve explaining the various recharge options to Jio customers, assisting them in choosing the best plans that fit their needs.
  • Selling Jio Connections: In addition to supporting existing customers, you will also work on selling new Jio connections to prospective customers by effectively communicating the advantages of switching to or choosing Jio services.
  • Resolving Issues: It is important to resolve customer issues promptly and within the agreed timelines, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all customers.
  • Ensuring Customer Delight: Your goal will be to ensure that every interaction leaves the customer satisfied, creating a positive and lasting impression of Jio’s brand.
  • Data Management: You will capture customer details and any other relevant information during interactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Learning About Products and Services: You will be required to learn in-depth about Jio’s products, services, and plans, so that you can offer valuable insights to customers and recommend the best solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, Jio is looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Education: A minimum of 10th grade or 10+2 education is preferred. While higher qualifications are welcome, the key requirement is the ability to learn and handle customer interactions effectively.
  • Basic Communication Skills: You should have basic knowledge of reading and writing. The role will involve speaking with customers, so proficiency in the local language and good communication skills are essential.
  • Smartphone Usage: Since you will be using mobile devices and technology to perform tasks, familiarity with smartphones is required.
  • Sales & Customer Handling Skills: While prior sales experience is not mandatory, having an interest in sales and a customer-oriented approach will help you thrive in this role.
